Landscape Architecture Project Manager

Redland Consulting Group Inc seeks a Landscape Architecture Project Manager to lead complex site and landscape projects for diverse clients. In this role, you’ll guide projects from planning through construction, conduct site analysis, develop detailed drawings, and coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, and quality, serve as primary client contact, and mentor junior staff. This position offers exposure to high-impact consulting work and close collaboration with an experienced, boutique team., * Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction for consulting clients

• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare design recommendations
• Develop detailed plans, drawings, and technical documentation using industry-standard software
• Coordinate with civil engineers, planners, architects, and other consultants to integrate site designs
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards
• Serve as primary client contact, facilitating meetings, presentations, and design reviews
• Oversee permitting and regulatory compliance for landscape and site development projects
• Provide guidance to junior staff on design tasks, analysis, and documentation
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and project scoping
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
