Fullstack Developer, Sr.

instinctools is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong React and Nest.js experience to join a project for a Zurich-based digital asset bank. The client operates at the intersection of traditional finance and the digital asset economy, providing regulated services including asset management, tokenization, trading, and digital asset custody for institutional and private clients., Analyze and estimate new software development tasks.

• Implement features by writing code, adding test coverage, and verifying functionality in relevant environments.

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks, including clarification, dependency management, and resolution of blockers.

• Develop fullstack applications using React and Nest.js.

• Work with an AI-first development approach while retaining responsibility for delivered work.

• Participate in product support, primarily for production systems.

• Analyze application logs and events using Datadog.

• Respond to production incidents and escalate issues when required.

• Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Adapt to changing technologies and combine different development activities as project needs evolve.

• Ensure software development practices comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

More than 5 years of experience with React.

• More than 2 years of experience with Nest.js.

• Basic knowledge of Docker.

• Experience with CI/CD.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
