Data Engineer

The ServiceNow Administrator supports the global implementation of ServiceNow software ensuring stability and driving efficiencies., * Coordinating, managing and performing technical activities for ServiceNow (SN) module configuration and implementations, providing design input and reviews, reviewing code written by other programmers, requirement gathering, bug fixing, testing, documenting and implementing software systems and production support and maintenance activities, as needed

• Subject Matter Expert for one or more core process and will be responsible for interpreting architecture and design, code reviews, mentoring, guiding and monitoring programmers, ensuring adherence to programming and documentation policies, software development, testing and release
• One of several Lead Technical Admins for SN within the team, and you will be a point of reference for the business when it comes to ServiceNow within the areas you are the Subject Matter Expert – therefore you will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Reports to and works on prioritized tasks at the direction of the Global Technical Product Owner and Global Program Owner
• To be successful, you will have had prior experience implementing the core suite of Basic Qualifications, Implement and oversee the Data Warehousing (possibly Snowflake) and ETL infrastructure Define and establish processes to maintain the integrity of data within our data pipeline and warehouse Ensure quality of data and completeness of event logging across enterprise codebase Integrate data from 3rd party services such as SalesForce, New Relic, Splunk. Develop ETL jobs and tests to process, validate, transport, collate, aggregate, and distribute data Transform raw event logs into higher-order tables to make existing analysis easier and new analysis possible Be part of a new team championing a data-informed culture Build workflows that empower analysts and scientists to efficiently use data in Tableau and open source data visualization tools Other duties and tasks as assigned, The Scrum Master is responsible for coaching and facilitating software development teams in agile/scrum practices through entire project life-cycle (inception, design, development, integration and test, trial, and deployment);mentors scrum teams towards becoming self-organizing, autonomous and accountable in the development and delivery of their work product; serves as liaison with appropriate colleagues and vendors to ensure teams are aware of and in compliance with standards and best practices; coordinates multiple complex high priority tasks; assists teams in identifying business value of features and functionality, performance metrics and requirements; facilitates and monitors specific inter/intra-departmental project progress and performance to assure scrum teams are focusing on quality and on-time delivery., _Train and coach team members in agile/scrum practices. _Act as liaison between product owner, stakeholders and scrum team members to identify business value, user requirements and their prioritization. _Evangelize agile/scrum values. _Provide guidance to scrum teams in becoming self-organizing, autonomous and accountable. _Provide sprint metrics on capacity, velocity, sprint burn-down and other reports as may be defined by scrum teams. _Track tasks and milestones across all parties, including vendors. _Ensure scrum teams are recommending and communicating project scheduling considerations and facilitate conversations necessary for decision making. _Work with other project managers/scrum teams to track and manage inter-project dependencies. _Escalate issues as required to remove impediments and unblock open issues., _Work with UX/UI Designers to create an intuitive user experience _Implement development best practices through abstraction of software elements _Participate in all aspects of the agile scrum process. _Clearly communicate and document your design decisions. _Develop and enhance UI components. _Work with the backend developers and architect to ensure data from APIs to the UI. _Solve complex problems using innovative thinking. _Ability to work with other team members to understand code changes and review business requirements to match development activity. _Collaborate in team code reviews including pull requests. _Debug code and find problems. _Translate UI/UX designs into code. _Work with less experienced developers to teach best practices., _Ability to design, develop, and maintain applications within the cloud environment., As a Salesforce Developer shall develop and implement solutions for existing and evolving Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Developer will utilize Visual Force, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Community and Force.com platform. The knowledge and skills required to succeed in this role will require significant overlap of system understanding and configuration/customization options, (Salesforce, JIRA, CTI, etc.)., _Facilitate the testing and implementation of Salesforce and JIRA customizations, applications, and tools. Includes coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging, as well as managing timelines and producing technical documentation _Perform reviews of the data, develop complex CRM solutions to ensure that best practices are followed, and the best data solutions are provided. This can include discussing trade-offs with other teams, such as the terms of the configuration versus the code in place or mapping the functional requirements to Salesforce functionality. _Designs and develops Salesforce solutions in a Salesforce platform for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Pardot, CPQ _Develops and customizes applications using Apex classes, Visualforce, Force.com, workflows, SOQL, Application Programming Interface (API) and Web Services _Utilizes JavaScript, SOAP, API, HTML5, CSS and Web Services in the development of Salesforce and JIRA solutions _Integrates data between web-based/SaaS using data integration tools _Participates in project planning sessions with stakeholders to analyze technical needs and outline technical requirements and solutions _Provides comprehensive technical support during the application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and implementation _Adheres to agile methodology, the development of continuous integration, test driven development and agile productivity tools in the development of solutions

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of software support experience including the following:
• ServiceNow integrations using different interfaces such as email, JSON, LDAP, SOAP/API, REST and SSO
• Prior web development/interface integration using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX, Jelly Scripting, Angular
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Understands the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals
• Minimum 1 year of ServiceNow consulting, development, configuration and administration experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong working knowledge with System Administration, Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, CMDB/Asset Management, Knowledge,
• Workflow, Integrations, Service Portal, Custom reports
• Trouble shooting / Root cause analysis experience
• Strong working knowledge of ACL rules and user criteria
• Design and delivery of technical solutions based on the ServiceNow platform
• Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations
• Minimum 3 years Project management / Business Analyst / Application architecture experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined SDLC:
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
• Analyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application components
• Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations
• Experienced working in a cross functional team environment and being the functional go-to person
• Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
• Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented.

• Software life cycle management including planning, quality assurance testing, training and deployment experience
