Requirements

Experience: 15-20 years overall SAP experience, * Strong SAP EWM experience with AMS/support delivery

  • 15-20 years overall SAP experience
  • Experience with Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
  • Strong ITIL, SLA, RCA and production support experience
  • Experience with Decentralized & Embedded EWM
  • Proven AMS transition/knowledge-transfer experience as a receiver
  • Strong knowledge of Inbound/Outbound, HU, Wave, RF, Task Management
  • Experience with S/4HANA, TM, GTS, QM and 3PL integrations
  • Strong client-facing and offshore team coordination skills
  • Ability to lead stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives
