Job description

  1. The Technical Support Representative (TSR) delivers multi-channel customer
  2. service and technical troubleshooting from a remote workspace.
  3. Handling phone, live chat, and web tickets, this role focuses on resolving user access issues, guiding product installation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Multi-Channel Support: Handle incoming calls, chats, and web tickets

efficiently from home.

  1. Technical Troubleshooting: Solve network connectivity, software

downloads, and installation issues.

  1. Account Maintenance: Assist users with login problems and password

resets.

  1. Product Guidance: Provide clear instructions on basic product navigation

and features.

  1. Ticket Logging: Document detailed logs for every interaction to track query

trends.

Requirements

Must Requirement: Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace with high-speed internet connectivity. Own Laptop/Desktop, 1. Experience: 0-1 year in technical support, help desk, or customer service.

  1. OS Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems and basic

networking principles.

  1. Software Skills: Experience with database navigation and Microsoft Office

Applications.

  1. Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  2. Soft Skills: Solid interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and strong self-

discipline for remote work.
