Solution Architect & AI Integration Lead

We are looking for a Solution Architect & AI Integration Lead to support a knowledge management platform within an EU institutional environment. You will act as the key link between business needs and technical delivery, translating requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions and defining the platform’s AI integration strategy., Solution Architecture & Platform Evolution

• Design and maintain end-to-end M365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business and information architecture needs
• Translate requirements into clear technical specifications and validate delivered solutions
• Oversee platform evolution across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and PnP Search

Search & Knowledge Management

• Design and optimize enterprise search experiences using PnP Modern Search
• Define search verticals, refiners, query logic, and result templates
• Ensure search relevance, usability, and performance

Power Platform Solutions

• Architect and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
• Define data models, user flows, and governance automation
• Improve platform efficiency and user experience

AI Integration & Strategy

• Lead integration with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI services
• Conduct AI readiness assessments (metadata, taxonomy, content structure)
• Design AI-enhanced search and conversational solutions (chatbots, semantic search)
• Define and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with EU compliance standards

Governance & Information Architecture

• Maintain information architecture (sites, navigation, metadata, taxonomy)
• Ensure compliance with security, access control, and governance models
• Design scalable permissions and access management strategies

Advisory & Stakeholder Support

• Advise on technical feasibility, complexity, and roadmap prioritization
• Monitor platform health and Microsoft 365 evolution
• Produce technical documentation and architectural decisions records
• Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and improvements

• 5+ years in Solution Architecture or M365 Functional Consulting
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online (information architecture, governance, metadata)
• Proven experience with PnP Modern Search (design & implementation)
• Solid experience with Power Apps & Power Automate architecture
• Good understanding of:
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Microsoft Graph API
• AI/Copilot capabilities within M365
• Experience with AI integration or knowledge platforms is a strong asset
• Ability to produce clear, developer-ready technical specifications
• Excellent stakeholder communication and analytical skills
• Fluent in English
