The primary focus will be improving the organization’s Microsoft 365 security posture by reviewing Falcon Shield findings, evaluating security risks, and supporting remediation efforts across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.

Additional responsibilities include enterprise application and app registration reviews, service account to service principal initiatives, PowerShell automation improvements, and general M365 tenant administration. The resource will work closely with the M365 Manager and Senior Engineer and will be dedicated primarily to project work rather than day-to-day operational support.

The environment supports approximately 8,000 users, and the engagement is expected to last 2-3 months, with potential for longer-term opportunities if there is a strong mutual fit.
