Solution Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end IT solutions within a regulated environment. This role plays a key part in bridging business, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant architectures aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities

• Translate business, regulatory, and control requirements into clear, end-to-end solution designs
• Define architecture blueprints across applications, integrations, and data flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, security, and IT delivery
• Lead architecture workshops and contribute to governance forums (e.g. Architecture Review Board)
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory obligations
• Provide oversight on integrations, data flows, identity/access, and control frameworks
• Identify and mitigate design, operational, and compliance risks early in the lifecycle
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of architecture standards, patterns, and long-term roadmaps

• 5+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles
• Proven track record delivering solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data architecture, and non-functional requirements (security, resilience, auditability)
• Ability to balance business priorities with regulatory and technical constraints

Domain Experience (Highly Desirable)

• Experience within banking environments, ideally in private banking or wealth management
• Understanding of regulatory expectations, data protection, and control frameworks within financial services
