IT Project Manager - PMP - 14+ years exp

• Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of assigned projects.
• Manage project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate technical software development staff.
• Manage customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams.
• Apply Agile Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies throughout project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to support project planning, tracking, and delivery.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing activities and coordinate stakeholders throughout the testing process.
• Apply business analysis, business process mapping, and requirements documentation practices to healthcare insurance systems.
• Work with PPM systems to support project management and reporting.
• Develop formal Business Cases and Project Charters as required.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Independently manage complex project activities while exercising creativity, sound judgment, and initiative.

• Information Technology Project Management with PMP certification.
• Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe.
• Experience preparing and managing project budgets.
• Experience managing technical software development staff.
• Experience managing customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping, and requirements documentation for Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS.
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience working with PPM systems.
• Direct experience working with Texas Health and Human Services (Texas HHS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing formal Business Cases and Project Charters.
• Certification in Project Management from a recognized project management organization.
• Scrum Master certification.
