while primarily focusing on leadership, execution excellence, and platform evolution.What You’ll Do Engineering, QA & Platform LeadershipLead and coordinate all technical teams:Frontend : AngularBackend : TypeScript / Node.js, microservices architecture, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, MQTTAgent : GolangOS / Embedded : LFS, Yocto, Linux libraries, system?level componentsQuality Assurance : Testing strategy, automation frameworks, and quality processesOwntechnical executionacross cloud, edge, and embedded environments.Build a strong culture ofquality ,accountability , andoperational ownership .Delivery, Agile & Quality ProcessesOwnengineeringdelivery in close partnership with Product.Act asAgile/Scrum leader , ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.Define and evolvetesting strategiesacross unit, integration, system, and end?to?end testing.Ensure predictable,high?quality releasesacross SaaS, microservices, agents, and OS components.Balancespeed of executionwithrobustness ,maintainability , andreliability .Lead and contributeto system and architecture design.Ensurebest practicesaroundmicroservicesarchitecture, service boundaries, and communication patterns.Guide the use ofDockerandKubernetesfor development, deployment, and operations.Reviewtechnical designs , critical code paths, infrastructure?related decisions, and testing approaches.Be able to write and modifycodewhen necessary (prototypes, reviews, unblockers).DevOps, Cloud & SaaS OperationsWork closely with DevOps toevolve CI/CD pipelines , container workflows, and Kubernetes?based deployments.Ensure strong quality gates,automated testing , and safe deployment strategies.Oversee monitoring, reliability, andoperational healthof the SaaS platform.Driveimprovementsin observability, scalability, performance, and incident response.PromoteDevOps , Platform Engineering, and SRE best practices across teams.Product & Cross?Functional CollaborationAct as the primaryEngineeringcounterpart to the Product team.Supportproduct discoverywith architectural, scalability, and feasibility insights.Translate product requirements intoexecution plans , technical designs, and quality strategies.Collaborate with leadership oncompany strategy , technical roadmap, and hiring plans.Scale the engineering organizationthoughtfully as the company grows.What You’ll Bring (The Essentials)12+ year s of professional software engineering experience.Proven experienceleading engineering teams , including QA and quality ownership.Strong background inbackendsystems anddistributedarchitectures.Solid experience with:MicroservicesarchitecturesDockerandkubernetesNode.js/TypeScriptecosystemsMessaging systems ( RabbitMQ ,MQTTor similar)Linux?based systemsand edge/embedded environmentsHands?on leadershipmindset -
