IT Infrastructure Project Manager

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager on behalf of our client in Kansas City, KS. This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure leader who can take ownership of complex enterprise initiatives, manage customer and executive stakeholders, proactively address risks and issues, and drive projects through successful delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role that goes beyond traditional project management, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, problem resolution, escalation management, and overall project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects and initiatives. Drive project execution, delivery, and overall outcomes. Manage customer relationships and key stakeholders effectively. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Handle escalations and drive timely problem resolution. Provide executive-level project reporting and communication. Coordinate across customer teams, internal infrastructure teams, and global resources. Lead projects within complex enterprise environments.

Proven experience managing IT Infrastructure projects in enterprise environments. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. Experience presenting project status and updates to executive leadership. Strong issue, risk, escalation, and problem-management capabilities. Broad understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including: Network Security / Firewalls Cloud Azure and/or AWS On-Premises Infrastructure Operating Systems Middleware Data Center Infrastructure Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Application development experience is not required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese-style project governance. Familiarity with consensus-driven stakeholder environments. Experience leading infrastructure transformation or large-scale enterprise infrastructure initiatives. Japanese language skills are a plus but not required. Business-level English communication skills required. Work Environment Full-time onsite position in Kansas City, Kansas.
