Senior SAP OTC Analyst

The Analyst will lead or participate in SAP ECC rollouts, implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives. They will gather requirements, define future-state processes, configure SAP SD and CS functionality, develop functional specifications, coordinate with ABAP and integration teams, support testing cycles, resolve defects, and assist with cutover and production stabilization.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP SD configuration experience and be able to discuss the full flow of an order from quote or order creation through fulfillment, delivery, billing, revenue recognition, and Accounts Receivable integration. They should also be comfortable investigating production issues, completing root cause analysis, and coordinating resolution across business and technical teams., Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 15+ years of SAP functional experience across SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, and Customer Service.

• Strong hands-on configuration experience throughout the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

• Deep experience with order management, pricing, availability checking, ATP, delivery, shipping, billing, invoicing, returns, and customer master data.

• Experience completing at least three full SAP implementations or major rollout projects.

• Experience may include Greenfield, Brownfield, or Bluefield implementations.

• Strong understanding of SAP SD integrations with logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, and accounting modules.

• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and writing detailed functional specifications.

• Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production stabilization.

• Strong business stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Customer Service or Service Management processes.

• Experience with credit and debit memo processing.

• Experience with credit management, output management, revenue recognition, and Accounts Receivable integration.

• Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, Stockroom Management, GTS, CRM, and e-commerce integrations.

• Experience collaborating with ABAP development and technical integration teams.

• Experience with middleware, EDI, APIs, and data migration.

• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.

• Experience working in a global, matrixed engineering or manufacturing organization.

• Background in manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, industrial products, or another engineering-driven environment.

Salary: $135-$145k
