Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead the overall HCM solution for a US-based Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. The ideal candidate will provide solution architecture, governance, stakeholder management, and hands-on leadership for the Talent Management workstream., * Lead overall HCM solution architecture and design across HCM workstreams.

• Provide solution governance, design oversight, and executive-level guidance.
• Manage key client and business stakeholder relationships.
• Own the Talent Management workstream end-to-end.
• Lead Talent Management configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• 11-15+ years of HCM experience.
• 6+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
• 4+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• 2+ Talent Management implementations.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Talent Management.
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience.
• Strong HCM solution architecture and governance experience.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect who can lead the overall HCM architecture while independently owning and delivering the Talent Management track.
