Job description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion US Payroll Solution Architect / Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations. The role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion US Payroll, US payroll legislation, Fast Formula, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support., * Lead solution design workshops, requirements gathering, and end-to-end Oracle Fusion US Payroll implementations.

Configure payroll elements, balances, payroll processing, costing, and complex Fast Formulas.
Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Manage US Federal, State, and Local taxation, garnishments, wage attachments, FLSA, W-2 processing, year-end activities, and statutory reporting.
Design payroll costing and Finance GL integration and support payroll-to-finance reconciliation.
Work with Oracle Fusion Core HR, Workforce Structures, Legal Employers, PSU, and TRU.
Support both union and non-union payroll environments, including multiple bargaining units and multi-state payroll.
Interpret Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and configure union payroll rules including overtime, shift differentials, holiday pay, call-out pay, deductions, union dues, and pension/benefit contributions.

Requirements

12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
3+ end-to-end Oracle US Payroll implementations.
Strong Oracle Fusion US Payroll functional and configuration experience.
Hands-on Payroll Fast Formula expertise.
Strong knowledge of US Federal, State, and Local payroll taxation.
Experience with garnishments and wage attachments.
Strong Payroll Costing and GL reconciliation experience.
Experience with Union and Non-Union Payroll processing.
Strong understanding of CBA interpretation and union payroll requirements.
Excellent client-facing, communication, requirements gathering, and solution design skills.
Experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, parallel payroll, deployment, and production support.
