User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring a positive user experience, usability, and overall design system for the Nymbl Platform. You create and understand the value of a range of UX deliverables, including wire frames, journey maps, usability test guides, and personas, to help you design effective solutions to customer problems. You love taking rough ideas and iterating them until they are a refined product that reinforces our brand and vision.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Own the end-to-end UX strategy for one or more product areas or an entire product line.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Marketing to align on roadmap and priorities.
• Define and evolve design systems, processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design sprints, and critique sessions.
• Champion user-centered design culture across the organization.
• Oversee user research planning and synthesis; translate insights into actionable designs.
• Measure and report on UX KPIs (NPS, task success rate, usability metrics, adoption, etc.).
• Stay ahead of industry trends (AI-driven design, accessibility, inclusive design, AR/VR if relevant).

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience
• Proven track record shipping consumer or enterprise products at scale (portfolio required)
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, user research methods (qualitative + quantitative)
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative product design process, including how to develop and use personas, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals
• Strong experience with modern design tools (Figma; FigJam, Miro, etc.).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting to executives.
• Experience collaborating with product managers using modern product discovery techniques
