Senior Security Architect

The Senior Security Architect serves as a trusted cybersecurity advisor responsible for enabling secure business growth through scalable security architecture, risk-informed decision making, and innovative security solutions. The role supports enterprise and subsidiary initiatives by leveraging automation, AI, and modern security practices to strengthen security posture and operational resilience. The Senior Security Architect plans, designs, implements, and continuously enhances security solutions by evaluating business strategies, technology initiatives, and organizational growth objectives. The role develops security requirements and architectures across infrastructure, cloud, applications, third-party services, and emerging technologies while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. As a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, the Senior Security Architect supports subsidiary-specific security architecture, governance, risk management, application security, acquisition integration, and compliance efforts while leveraging automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve operational efficiency, strengthen security controls, and reduce organizational risk. The role influences departmental strategy, makes decisions on moderately complex to complex technical and business issues, and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives, approaches, and scalable solutions that support the continued growth and integration of existing and newly acquired organizations. • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise security solutions across cloud, infrastructure, application, and third-party environments.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting security solutions within AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity technologies with existing enterprise platforms and business processes.
• Experience conducting security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and security control evaluations for applications, technologies, and business initiatives.
• Experience supporting governance, risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, or application security programs.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to align security requirements with organizational objectives.
• Experience leveraging automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization to improve security operations and organizational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of cybersecurity frameworks, including the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business decision-making.

• Experience within healthcare, regulated industries, or environments subject to HIPAA, PCI, or similar regulatory requirements.

• Experience partnering with multiple business entities, subsidiaries, or geographically dispersed organizations.

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $117,600 - $161,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
