Requirements

Senior front-end engineer with deep React and Next.js expertise to lead development of enterprise web apps for a law firm or legal tech environment. 7-12+ years of front-end experience, with strong hands-on React, Next.js, TypeScript, and architecture skills. Legal or professional services experience is a plus, not required., * 7+ years front-end development, 5+ years React, 3+ years Next.js

REST/GraphQL API integration

Legal domain experience (matter management, document management, eDiscovery, client portals, billing)
Azure/AWS, Entra ID/Azure AD
Design systems, Storybook, Tailwind/Material UI
WCAG/ADA accessibility work

Role: Own architecture decisions, lead code reviews, mentor developers, and turn complex legal/business requirements into secure, scalable UI. Bachelor’s in CS or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
