Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with a strong foundation in Data Science to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and statistical modeling to develop innovative AI solutions that drive business value. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making processes and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize statistical methods to validate models and ensure their robustness and reliability.
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve accuracy.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies, applying them to enhance existing processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

• Strong proficiency in data science concepts, including statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, with a solid understanding of data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn) to present findings effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks.
• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for scalable data processing and model deployment.
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
