Cisco or Meraki networking
Wireless / Access Point installation and troubleshooting
Network cabling and physical network installations
L1/L2 IT support and hardware troubleshooting
Windows, Android, and iOS support
VoIP/POTS phone and alarm line troubleshooting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel extensively to remote sites
Associate degree required
2+ years of corporate IT experience preferred

CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
Cisco CCNA/CCENT
Physical security or farm biosecurity experience
Freshservice or similar ITSM experience
