IT Desktop Support Technician II

• 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector, with strong English communication skills
• Hands-on experience supporting PCs, LAN/WAN, Site-to-Site VPN, wireless networks (preferably Cisco), web-based and DOS-based applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Network+, MCP, MCDST, HDI Desktop Field Support Technician, or comparable certification
• Experience supporting technology in an Oil & Gas environment.
