Job description

Design and implement secure system architectures for complex IT environments
Evaluate and recommend system solutions to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain system documentation, including design specifications and operational procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless operation
Conduct system performance tuning and optimization
Implement and manage system security measures, including access controls and encryption
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues

Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with a focus on secure systems design and implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture, networking, and security principles., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field
Experience with system architecture design and implementation
Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
Experience with security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, * Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or CompTIA Security+
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
