Job description

Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM configurations aligned with business processes (customer master, pricing, contracts, order management, quality complaints)

Support CRM data migration efforts from legacy SQL Server systems

Manage Power Platform environment administration: solution layering, security roles, environment promotion (Dev/Test/Prod) and environment upkeep

Troubleshoot and tune custom app performance, including delegation limits, gallery/control rendering behavior, and data-source query efficiency

Proficient in creating and orchestration of Power Automate flows.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and working prototypes
