- Further integrate OT security into our cyber security perimeter
- Focus on aviation-specific threat scenarios
- Implement NIS2 requirements where needed (with focus on OT)
Primary focus of the function: Technical expertise and individual contribution
Mission
Translate the goals of the cyber program at us into an ICT security architecture to ensure that business operations are facilitated and the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data is guaranteed.
Realise and manage the information security technology for the enterprise, covering the following Items, with primary focus on OT:
- Increase the organisational maturity in cyber security by implementing the cyber program requirements
- Integrate these requirements into our operating model in a pratical way
- Aid in desiging and implementing secure business processes
- Develop application software inventories and diagrams, expressed as conceptual / functional or system enterprise / line of business architectures
- Aid in further developing a secure architecture
- Implementation of cyber security standards and methodologies, for all domains incl. Operational Technology/Smart assets
- Help to establish secure links with entities outside of the organisation
- Contributing to the strategy and the decisions within our own discipline in order to provide the foundation for the information security of ICT services for the company
Integrate any project deliverables into the ICT security team’s way of working and guard organisational hygiene (Governance, KPI’s, Roles & responsabilities)
Requirements
- At least 10 years experience in ICT, at least 5 years experience in ICT architecture with at least 3 years in cyber security
- In-depth knowledge of
- Information security methodologies (NIST, ISO27K, IEC62443,…)
- Secure system design and development, network security and cloud security
- Secure architecture design
- Information security improvement methodologies
- In depth understanding of one or more of the airport lines of business
- Airport operations (flight operations, baggage handling operations, cargo operations, …)
- Enterprise communication and collaboration systems (Ask, MS/Office, …)
- Corporate communications (web sites and social media)
- Environment (noise monitoring, hazardous goods, waste management, …)
- HR (HRP)
- Finance (billing, ERP)
- Problem solving skills: Highly analytical
- Be capable to grasp often complex business models and technical systems and apply architectural information security patterns, translating them into system requirements, constraints, designs and solutions.
- Information sources include overall security strategy, information security policies and processes, user requirements, systems specifications, analysis (internal and external), technology or industry standards and information security best practices.
- Communication skills
- Be able to express often complex security, business and technical requirements in terms that all stakeholders understand
- One of the national languages and English
