Senior Product Owner-IAM

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Cluster is responsible for delivering services that ensure secure access rights to applications and resources, minimizing security risks, and maintaining the integrity of systems. The Cluster provides tailored access management solutions aligned with the organization’s security strategy.

Key Objectives:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust access management solutions, governance frameworks, and processes.
• Provide expert services ensuring seamless and secure access to applications and resources.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of access management services.

Cluster Structure (established in 2024):

• IAM Services Squad: Handles day-to-day operations including request management, compliance controls, client support, and other operational tasks.
• IAM Project Squad: Focuses on project-based initiatives, new solution implementation, and process evolution.
• IAM Technology Squad: Maintains IAM systems, integrates new technologies, and ensures system stability and security.

Role Description

As Product Owner of the IAM Services Squad, you will:

• Maintain and deliver effective access management services.
• Provide services and support to stakeholders.
• Measure service efficiency and performance.
• Support execution of controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to prioritize requirements and adopt an Agile way of working.

• Dutch: Fluent (or French) with basic knowledge of the other language.
• French: Fluent (or Dutch) with basic knowledge of the other language.
• English: Fluent.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Technical (Mandatory):
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and processes (IAM, Segregation of Duties, Role-Based Access Control).
• Good knowledge of Rally.
• Technical (Preferred): Familiarity with Garancy, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
• Business Experience (Mandatory):
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Budget and Project Management experience.

• Proven Product Owner experience with Agile expertise (backlog management, planning, Kanban).
• Strong organizational, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-focused mindset.

• Coach the Squad in Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate collaboration and effective communication.
• Prioritize and refine backlog for business alignment.
• Support the Scrum Master to ensure operational efficiency.
• Define clear objectives and guide the Squad during execution.
