Product Owner IAM IDP Active Directory (On Prem squad)

Experteer Overview As Product Owner for the IAM IDP Active Directory (On-Prem) squad, you guide a highly skilled AD team through a strategic transformation toward automated, standardized, zero-touch services. You balance security, compliance, and operational excellence while delivering business value. You work with cross-functional partners to align technical execution with Rabobank’s IAM objectives and engineering standards. This role combines hands-on leadership with change management in a security-driven environment. Pay / Benefits * Lead transformation toward a standardized, highly automated AD service aligned with engineering principles * Build a high-performing, collaborative team with strong stakeholder engagement * Own and deliver the product roadmap and backlog balancing value, risk, and compliance * Ensure security-by-design, risk management, and DORA requirements are incorporated in delivery * Drive adoption of Agile and DevOps practices and foster continuous improvement * Align dependencies across IAM, Security, and Infrastructure domains * Deliver secure, compliant services that support Rabobank’s IAM strategy Tasks * Proven Product Owner experience in a complex tech environment * Experience leading organizational or cultural change within expert teams * Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills * Experience driving automation and operational excellence initiatives * Knowledge of Agile ways of working; PSPO certification a plus * In-depth understanding of Identity & Access Management and Risk Management * Knowledge of Active Directory and authentication platforms is highly preferred * Understanding of security and IAM industry standards; CISSP or similar a plus * Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders * Courage to challenge existing practices and drive continuous improvement Key requirements * gross monthly salary scale 5.994-8.563 * thirteenth month salary * 8% holiday allowance * 10% Employee Benefit Budget * EUR 1,400 development budget per year * Hybrid working option for many roles (home/office)
