Software Engineer

I’m partnered with a client who create geospatial software client in Leuven hiring for a Software Engineer on a permanent basis.

The Services team apply Java, JavaScript, C++, C# or based APIs to build a solution that brings benefit to the customer and integrates well in the available technical environment of dedicated hardware (embedded, servers), specific deployments (such as cloud or virtualization) and other software in use (Oracle Spatial databases, ReactJS…).

By providing training at the customer’s site, you advise and assist our customer’s development teams in using our products optimally.

• Experience as Java or JavaScript Software Developer for at least 3 years.
• Your focus goes first to understanding well which problem our customer wants to solve to then translate this into a technically strong solution.
• You enjoy variation of technology stack and are open to do both front- and backend work.
• Domain knowledge in development of geospatial applications is considered a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies and C++ / C# is considered a plus.
• You are flexible to travel occasionally to support our customers on-site.

• Salary up to €6,500 Gross per month.
