Job description
We are a digital innovation lab operating at startup speed within a leading global pharmaceutical enterprise. We explore, test, and validate digital solutions along the entire life sciences value chain-experimenting with purpose, sharing insights early, and scaling what creates real value. We are seeking Senior AI Consultants for targeted advisory across two core topics:
- Agentic Software Architecture
- Handling Sensitive Data in a Regulated Context
Across two 1-day working sessions (onsite in the Rhine-Main region, Germany, during mid-October 2026), you will act as a technical sparring partner-challenging existing concepts, sharing industry practices, and helping define a practical way of working. Role Overview: In this advisory capacity, you will provide specialist input, share proven frameworks, and help evaluate risks and trade-offs. While the internal team leads the sessions, you will supply the external perspective, technical guardrails, and actionable recommendations needed to shape our future AI setup.
Requirements
Deep Focus Area Expertise (At least one): Agentic Software Architecture: Multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, evaluation, observability, security, and enterprise guardrails (ideally pharma context). Sensitive Data in Pharma: Data governance, privacy, Responsible AI, and compliance with GDPR (Art. 9), EU AI Act, and GxP. Enterprise Track Record: Hands-on experience translating complex technical, security, and regulatory topics into practical solutions in regulated environments. Advisory & Communication: Strong collaborative problem-solving, ability to constructively challenge, and fluent English (German is a plus) Agentic Software Architecture: Multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, evaluation, observability, security, and enterprise guardrails (ideally pharma context).
