Job description

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Cypress Automation Tester to join their team for a four-month contract., * Build Frameworks: Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress.

Write Scripts: Develop reusable automated test scripts, test cases, and custom commands.
Execute Tests: Run functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
API Testing: Validate RESTful APIs and integrate backend service validations.
CI/CD Integration: Embed automated test scripts into pipelines like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track software bugs using Jira or similar tools.
Collaborate: Work in Agile/Scrum teams alongside developers and product managers.

Requirements

Experience within financial services industry
