  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Support-Themen und Tickets im 2nd und 3rd Level

Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur im KRITIS-Umfeld Verwaltung zentraler Sicherheitssysteme (Firewall, Virenschutz, SIEM) Rotierende Rufbereitschaft im Team für den 24/7-Betrieb hochkritischer IT-Systeme Netzwerkadministration (Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPN)

Requirements

  • Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und eine starke Kundenorientierung

Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Systemintegration Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position Tiefgehendes IT-Wissen und Interesse an den neuesten Entwicklungen in der IT Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich IP-Netzwerke sowie ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in IT-Sicherheitstechnologien
