Artificial Intelligence Information Systems Identity and Access Management Productivity Software Systems Development Life Cycle

Portfolio Leadership: Serve as overall lead/project manager for assigned portfolios; drive scoping assessments, SDLC control designs, RPA reviews, and remediation plans.
Control Documentation & Management: Maintain Risk & Control Matrices (RACMs), control narratives, scoping memos, and executive status reports.
IT& Process Oversight: Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness across access management, change management, SDLC, interfaces, and information produced by the entity (IPE/reports).
Deficiency Management: Lead review processes for IT SOX control deficiencies, root cause analyses, and action-tracking through resolution.
Business Analysis: Conduct stakeholder interviews, map current/future-state process flows, perform gap analyses, and translate control requirements into actionable workflows.
Modernization & Automation: Evaluate existing SOX and operational controls to eliminate manual effort, improve evidence quality, and implement AI/digital productivity solutions without compromising audit defensibility.

Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in internal controls, IT SOX compliance, risk management, audit coordination, and business analysis.
Domain Expertise: In-depth technical understanding of ITGCs, access controls, change management, SDLC, automated/configurable controls, and deficiency management.
Technical & Modernization Mindset: Strong comfort using AI tools and digital productivity software to streamline process mapping, documentation, and reporting.
Soft Skills: Proven capability to operate independently, navigate ambiguous environments, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively from frontline staff to senior leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
