Job description

Monitor and sustain high-availability enterprise network and cloud infrastructure in real-time mission operations environments.
Analyze network traffic, telemetry, and system logs to perform rapid incident triage, root cause analysis, and service remediation.
Leverage operational scripting and automation tools to enhance system resiliency, operational performance, and scalability., * Monitor and sustain high-availability network and cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical operations.
Analyze network traffic, system logs, and telemetry using tools such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Prometheus to detect anomalies.
Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and coordinated response actions across enterprise network and system layers.
Provide real-time situational awareness, actionable recommendations, and operational reporting to mission stakeholders.
Maintain secure data flows and cross-domain solutions in compliance with security requirements.
Administer Linux systems and operational scripting using Bash or Python to support troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance cloud networking and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, AWS, or Azure.
