Job description

Monitor and sustain high-availability enterprise network and cloud infrastructure within high-tempo operations environments.
Analyze network traffic, telemetry, and system logs to perform rapid incident triage, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
Provide real-time situational awareness and operational reporting to ensure system performance, security, and continuous mission availability., * Monitor and sustain enterprise network and cloud architectures, supporting mission-critical systems and secure dataflows.
Analyze packet data, system logs, and operational telemetry using tools such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Prometheus.
Execute incident response workflows, isolate network and system faults, and develop remediation strategies to restore services.
Maintain and optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), TCP/IP networking, switching, DNS, and network segmentation.
Automate routine operational tasks and incident response workflows using Bash, Python, Terraform, or Ansible.
Coordinate with systems engineering, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to maintain resilient infrastructure and implement defense-in-depth security controls.
