Apache Ant IT Wartung Support Dokumentation Fehleranalyse Engagement, * Installation und Konfiguration von Softwareanwendungen

  • Support und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Anwendungen
  • Durchführung von Systemupdates und Sicherheitsüberprüfungen
  • Dokumentation von Vorgängen und Nutzeranleitungen
  • Betreuung von Software Applikationen inkl. Installation und Userkonfiguration
  • Anpassungen im Scripting der verschiedenen Applikationen mit Power Shell oder vergleichbaren Tool

Requirements

  • Technische Kenntnisse in der IT
  • Erfahrung mit diversen Softwareanwendungen und Betriebssystemen
  • Fähigkeit zur Fehlerdiagnose und Problemlösung
  • Führerschein
  • Kenntnisse im Netzwerkumfeld (Switching, Layer 1-3)
