Oracle Fusion Trainers

Travel along the East Coast will be required to deliver training sessions. Travel expenses will be reimbursed, * Lead end-to-end training delivery for Oracle Fusion Release 1.

• Drive content development that includes ILT, QRGs, and OGL. Ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion business processes and MasTec ways of working. Review and approve all learning deliverables for consistency and quality.
• Partner with client and SI leads and SMEs to facilitate content review and sign-off.
• Manage training schedule, dependencies, milestones, and risks. Coordinate training logistics and deployment planning.
• Prioritize training content based on business criticality and go-live requirements.
• Design and execute Train-the-Trainer approach. Prepare business trainers and super users. Support instructor-led sessions as lead facilitator during end-user training delivery.

• 8+ years of enterprise training leadership experience.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP training initiatives.
• Strong experience with:
• Oracle Fusion HCM
• Oracle Fusion ERP
• Oracle SCM
• Experience managing TTT programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.

Preferred:

• Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) experience.
• Change Management experience.
• Utility, construction, engineering, or field workforce experience.
• Experience supporting large user populations (5,000+ users).
