Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

UST is searching for a highly skilled Senior BI Developer with a strong commercial/business domain background to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence solutions.

The opportunity:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI and reporting solutions using Power BI.

• Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.

• Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.

• Utilize Python scripting for data extraction, transformation, automation, and advanced analytics.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure data quality and reliability.

• Work closely with data engineering and business teams to implement best practices for BI development.

• Support ad hoc reporting requests and analytical initiatives.

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.

• Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.

• Strong knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing.

• Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working with commercial/business operations data is preferred.
