Software Engineer

The Waldinger Corporation is looking for a Software Engineer to help us build and improve the software that powers our business. If you love solving problems, learning new technologies, and seeing your work make a real difference, we want to talk to you. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle, from writing code to shaping how our systems talk to each other.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Software Solutions - Design and develop applications that solve real problems for our business users, working from provided documentation and requirements.
• Ship Quality Applications - Deliver high-quality software, data solutions, and development projects that keep the business moving.
• Connect Systems - Build and maintain integrations with third-party platforms, and help evaluate new vendor solutions as our tech stack grows.
• Own Quality - Run QA testing, coordinate end-user testing, and make sure what you build actually works before it ships.
• Manage Your Work - Provide time estimates for projects and keep your supervisor in the loop on progress.
• Document as You Go - Keep clear records of needs, issues, and solutions so the whole team benefits from your work.

• 1+ years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• No travel required
