Platform Engineer | Kubernetes & Aws

The role combines cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, automation, Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps/Platform Engineering practices.What you’ll be doing Design, build and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure at scale.Work extensively with AWS and cloud-native services.Improve the reliability, scalability and performance of the platform.Build and maintain infrastructure through Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.Develop and improve CI/CD and GitOps workflows.Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment and operational processes.Work with tools such as ArgoCD, Helm and Kubernetes.Improve monitoring, observability and platform reliability.Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, SREs and other Platform Engineers.Participate in technical and architectural decisions around the evolution of the platform.What we’re looking for Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.Strong professional experience with AWS.Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies.Good understanding of containers, cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.Experience with CI/CD and modern deployment practices.Knowledge of GitOps and ArgoCD is highly valued.Automation/scripting experience with Python, Bash or similar is a plus.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Professional English level.Comfortable working 3 days per week from the Madrid office.Why join?
