Application Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE)
• Provide technical support and maintenance for applications hosted on Windows Server and Microsoft Azure
• Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
• Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools: Power Apps for custom business applications & Power Automate for workflow automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance across cloud and hybrid environments
• Participate in release management, testing, and deployment of updates and new features
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides for internal use
• Contribute to the management of Isabel’s broader tooling ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and support across platforms

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, This role is ideal for someone who has experience in Application Support with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 2-5 years in IT application support or engineering
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (preferably Dynamics 365 CE)
• Have strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services
• Have hands-on experience with Office 365 administration
• Have proficiency in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Are familiar with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Have solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Have excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Are experienced with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio is a strong plus)
• Are fluent in Dutch/English or French/English
• Are comfortable working in a highly regulated environment where security and compliance are critical
