Forward Deployed AI Engineer

We are hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to bridge business needs and technology solutions, working closely with business, engineering, data, and architecture teams to identify AI opportunities and drive them from requirements through implementation and adoption., * Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify AI opportunities, and define practical solutions.

• Translate business problems into AI/GenAI use cases, solution requirements, and delivery roadmaps.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and outcomes.
• Lead solution discussions across AI, cloud, data, enterprise applications, integrations, security, and governance.
• Work with technical teams leveraging platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and executive presentations while managing multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Define success metrics and communicate business value, ROI, adoption, and delivery outcomes.

• Experience in AI/GenAI, digital transformation, technology consulting, product, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, automation, cloud, APIs, and enterprise integrations; deep hands-on development is not required.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, solutioning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical feasibility, cost, risk, and time-to-value.
