10+ years of Mainframe development experience Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, and DB2 Experience in Application Modernization initiatives Language migration and legacy transformation projects API integration between Mainframe and non-Mainframe environments Exposure to Java and/or Python alongside Mainframe technologies Financial Services or Cash Management domain experience preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
