We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to serve all employees fairly and efficiently., The Data Analyst for the Aviation Program Is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting key data that supports Institutional effectiveness, accreditation, compliance, and strategic planning. The analyst will lead the preparation of monthly Operational Readiness Reports, Quarterly Aviation Accreditation Board International (AABI) submissions, Title Ill reporting, and Three-Vear Assessment data for academic performance and program outcomes. In addition, prepare safety and performance reporting to TSU Aviation partners. Essential Duties Summary

• Operational Reporting
• Compile and submit monthly Operational Readiness Reports, Including flight operations, simulator usage, Instructor hours, and student progression.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPls) related to safety, flight training hours, aircraft availability, and maintenance metrics,
• Accreditation & Compliance
• Prepare and submit quarterly AABI (Aviation Accreditation Board International) reports, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with accreditation standards.
• Support Internal and external audits by maintaining documentation and data for accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Grant & Title Ill Reporting
• Provide detailed data analysis and reporting for Title Ill grant programs, Including performance Indicators, funding outcomes, and grant Impact assessments.
• Collaborate with the Title Ill office to ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports.
• Assessment & Strategic Planning
• Lead the compilation of Three-Vear Assessment Reports, tracking academic trends, graduation rates, employment outcomes, and student performance.
• Support the program’s strategic planning efforts by providing data Insights, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Data Management & Visualization
• Design dashboards, charts, and visualizations to communicate trends and performance metrics to faculty, staff, and university leadership.
• Ensure data quality and Integrity by validating sources and maintaining standardized processes.

Required: Bachelor’s degree In Data Analytics, Statistics, Aviation Management, Business Intelligence, or related field

Preferred: Master’s degree or professional certification in data analysis, institutional research, or a related field. Required Licensing/Certification None Required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of:

• Experience with aviation operations, flight training data, or familiarity with FAA/AABI standards.
• Knowledge of academic assessment and accreditation processes

• This position requires frequent Interaction with faculty, staff, and administrators In a collaborative academic setting.
