Sr. Java Developer- INTL India (3-6 months)

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Java backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building REST APIs, developing microservices, working with databases, and supporting cloud-based applications. The candidate should be comfortable working in Agile teams and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle., · Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.

· Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.

· Work with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases for application development and optimization.

· Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security, JWT, or OAuth2.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

· Monitor and support applications deployed on cloud platforms.

· Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.

· Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

· Contribute to CI/CD processes and DevOps initiatives.

· Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing activities.

· Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.

· Good understanding of Microservices Architecture.

· Experience developing REST APIs.

· Hands-on experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.

· Knowledge of Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth2.

· Familiarity with Git, Maven, and Jenkins.

· Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

· Basic cloud experience in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.

· Knowledge of JUnit and Mockito for testing.

· Exposure to React or frontend technologies.

· Knowledge of automation tools and workflows.

· Experience in financial services, payments, or transaction-processing applications.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
