Backup old data and restore to new PC
Hardware and Software upgrades
Printer testing and installs
Upgrade MS Office
End of lease laptop projects

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

Large Windows 11 rollouts
Using USMT tool or other ghosting utilities
DHCP Server
Configuring a static IP address on a PC
Setting up TCP/IP
Setting up and configuring networked printers and PC’s
Mapping drives
