Job description

The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Support Engineer provides technical support for MES applications used in manufacturing operations. The role focuses on system support, incident resolution, MES maintenance, compliance, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Production, Quality, Automation, IT, and Business teams. This position requires working in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline. \n

  • Exposure to MES platforms such as PharmaSuite, Syncade, DeltaV MES, Opcenter, Camstar, Tulip, or similar applications preferred. \n

  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems, industrial processes, and digital manufacturing concepts. \n

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
