Job description

Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented Amazon Connect Developer to join our growing team in Woodlawn, MD. In this role, you’ll design and build cutting-edge cloud contact center solutions that make a real impact for our clients. If you’re passionate about AWS technologies and love solving complex communication challenges, this is the opportunity for you! Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions for enterprise clients Build and maintain contact flows, IVR systems, and call routing configurations within Amazon Connect Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms, Lambda functions, and third-party APIs Develop and optimize chatbots and virtual agents using Amazon Lex Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to contact center performance and reliability Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions Document architectures, configurations, and development processes for ongoing support

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience developing and configuring Amazon Connect environments Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM Experience with Amazon Lex, Polly, and other AWS AI/ML communication services Strong scripting or programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js Familiarity with REST API integrations and CRM platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect) preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
