Job description
The candidate will be responsible for developing and integrating AWS cloud-based customer engagement and IVR solutions .
Amazon Connect
- Configure and maintain Amazon Connect environments.
- Design and configure contact flows .
- Develop IVR solutions.
- Build reports and dashboards related to customer interactions.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with external applications and platforms.
AWS Integration
- Develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda .
- Integrate Amazon Connect with DynamoDB, S3 and other AWS services .
- Develop API-based integrations.
- Implement automated workflows across AWS services.
Amazon Lex / AI
- Develop and integrate conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex .
- Work with multiple AWS AI services.
- Integrate AI capabilities into customer engagement and IVR solutions.
Automation & Development
- Develop scripts to automate AWS environments and operational processes.
- Implement AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code .
- Troubleshoot integration and application issues.
- Follow AWS best practices for security, scalability and reliability.
Requirements
Software Development, Application Integration, Cloud Applications, LEX (LEXical analyzer), AWS Lambda, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Design Services, Voice Response Systems, Application Programming Interface (API), Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3), * Amazon Connect
- Amazon Lex
- AWS Lambda
- AWS Pinpoint or End User Message
- Amazon DynamoDB
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- Service design experience with a strong developer background
- Quick learning ability
- Experience with AWS Customer Engagement tools , especially:
- Amazon Connect
- Amazon Lex
- Experience configuring Amazon Connect contact flows
- Experience building reports in Amazon Connect
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect IVR with external platforms using:
- APIs
- AWS Lambda
- DynamoDB
- S3
- Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services
- Experience with at least two AWS AI services
- Strong scripting skills
- Experience implementing AWS environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Automation-focused mindset
- AWS certification is a plus
