Oracle EBS Functional SME

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a federal financial reporting program managing a backlog of change tickets spanning break fixes, configuration changes, and functional enhancements requested by operating divisions. The ideal candidate serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams translating division-level financial requirements into EBS-grounded solutions and ensuring that changes to the system are accurate, compliant, and aligned to federal financial management standards. This is a hands-on SME role requiring deep Oracle EBS functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate confidently across both business and technical conversations.
