The Lead Game Designer will own the overall gameplay vision to deliver cohesive, fun, and accessible player experiences. convert this role into full-time in the future. Qualifications Ability to create clear, detailed design documentation and communicate concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Prior experience in a lead or senior design role and a portfolio or shipped titles demonstrating relevant game and level design work. Technical ability to deliver prototypes Strong game design skills, including experience defining core mechanics, systems, and progression for PC games. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the use of player data and feedback to iterate on gameplay and balance. Familiarity with common game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in game design, game development, computer science, interactive media, or a related field. is preferred Right to work in the UK
