Bereichsleitung SAP-Systeme (m/w/d)

Übernehmen Sie als Bereichsleitung SAP-Systeme eine Schlüsselrolle in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung und im Betrieb der SAP-Landschaft eines leistungsstarken Unternehmens aus dem technischen Handelsumfeld! Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Verantwortung für die SAP-Strategie, Leitung anspruchsvoller ERP-Projekte, kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemperformance sowie die Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten SAP-Teams. Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Fachbereichen und externen Partnern.

Requirements

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in SAP-Architektur, -Modulen und -Prozessen
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung und Begeisterung für Entwicklung und Motivation von Teams
  • Praxiserfahrung in der SAP-Softwareentwicklung (z. B. ABAP) und im Customizing
  • Umfangreiche Projekterfahrung, vorzugsweise auch international und nach agilen Methoden
  • Hohe analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
