  • Vorstands- und VIP Support
  • Ãœbernahme von Kleinstprojekten im Regelbetrieb
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für die operative Steuerung
  • Support für Konferenz- und Präsentationssysteme
  • Remote Support durch Fernzugriff - Steuerung und Arbeitsplanung von beigestellten Technikern

Requirements

  • abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder IT-Umschulung (z.B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), IT Systemtechniker (m/w/d), etc.)
  • 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Anwender Support bzw. IT Projekten (2nd Level)
  • sehr guter Office 365, Windows 7 und Windows 10 Admin-Skill
  • sehr gute Erfahrung in der Betankung von Rechnern mittels Softwareverteilungstools
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Client Netzwerk und WLAN Umfeld
  • sichere Englischkenntnisse und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
